About the Role: As a Senior Specialist in Paediatric Neurology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating complex neurological disorders in children, making a significant impact on their health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnosing complex medical problems by referring to a patient’s history, examining them, and conducting neurological tests. - Counseling patients on neurological disorders and their background. - Ordering neurological tests and interpreting the results of neuroimaging studies. - Prescribing and/or administering treatment and medication. - Monitoring the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication. - Ordering supportive care services for patients. - Participating in neuroscience research activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - Expertise in Pediatrics and Neurology. - Experience with epilepsy and paroxysmal disorders. - Knowledge of brain and spinal injury treatments. - Skills in managing infections of the brain and spinal cord. - Strong background in Critical Care and Patient Care.
