Your Core Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret medical images, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, mammograms, and ultrasounds. - Provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports to referring physicians. - Oversee and interpret results from diagnostic imaging procedures. - Provide guidance on the selection and appropriateness of imaging modalities for specific clinical conditions. - Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings and contribute to patient care decisions. - Ensure the quality and accuracy of medical imaging and diagnostic reports. - Participate in quality control and assurance programs for the radiology department. - Stay updated with advancements in radiological technology and imaging techniques. - Implement new technologies and procedures to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
