About the Role: As an ICU Intensivist/Anesthesiologist, you will play a critical role in managing the care of critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and comfort during complex procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct daily rounds in the ICU to assess critically ill patients and develop treatment plans. - Manage acute respiratory failure, septic shock, and other life-threatening conditions. - Perform endotracheal intubations and airway management procedures. - Administer sedation and analgesia to facilitate mechanical ventilation. - Monitor hemodynamic status and cardiac function using advanced monitoring modalities. - Perform bedside procedures such as central line placements and bronchoscopies. - Coordinate with surgical teams for perioperative management and ICU support. - Supervise and educate critical care trainees and residents.
