How You'll Contribute: - Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments of patients with kidney diseases, including acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease. - Interpret clinical data, laboratory tests, imaging studies, and renal biopsies to accurately diagnose kidney-related conditions. - Manage patients requiring renal replacement therapy, ensuring optimal dialysis prescription and management of complications. - Evaluate and manage kidney transplant candidates in collaboration with transplant teams. - Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing kidney transplantation, including monitoring for rejection and managing immunosuppressive therapy. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and holistic care for nephrology patients. - Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and lifestyle changes to promote kidney health. - Participate in nephrology consultations and clinical conferences to discuss complex cases and treatment plans.
