About the Role: As a Pathologist at Hiramani Aarogyadham, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing diseases and providing essential information to healthcare providers.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform gross and microscopic examinations of surgical pathology specimens, including biopsies, resections, and cytology specimens. - Interpret histopathological, cytopathological, and immunohistochemical findings to diagnose diseases accurately. - Consult with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to correlate pathology findings with clinical data. - Review laboratory reports and quality control data to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning. - Supervise laboratory personnel to ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements. - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and stay informed about advances in pathology techniques. - Provide teaching and mentorship to medical students and residents.
