Your Core Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with ear, nose, and throat complaints, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including chronic sinusitis, deviated septum, nasal polyps, ear infections, tonsillitis, voice disorders, and head and neck tumors. - Perform a variety of ENT surgeries and procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, septoplasty, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and thyroidectomy. - Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific condition, medical history, and preferences. - Provide patient education on ENT health, disease prevention, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in otolaryngology through continuing medical education and participation in conferences and seminars. - Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
