About the Role: As a Registrar in the ICU, you will provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU. - Conduct patient assessments, formulate treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. - Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and chest tube placement. - Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members including intensivists, nurses, and respiratory therapists. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure informed decision-making and continuity of care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. - Stay updated with advancements in critical care medicine and participate in continuous professional development activities.
