About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anaesthesiology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical and medical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anaesthesia for surgical and medical procedures. - Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary. - Provide post-anesthesia care including pain management and patient recovery. - Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans tailored to individual patient needs. - Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. - Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care anesthesia as required. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students in anesthesia practice. - Participate in teaching rounds, case discussions, and simulation exercises. - Contribute to educational programs and curriculum development.
