About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Paediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients. - Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and conditions. - Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies. - Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients. - Prepare discharge summaries and other necessary documentation. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Participate in teaching rounds, case discussions, and clinical presentations.
