About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Oto-rhino-laryngology, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and diagnosing patients with various ENT conditions, contributing to their treatment and recovery.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate and diagnose patients with ENT conditions such as sinusitis, otitis media, tonsillitis, and hearing loss. - Plan and execute treatment plans including medications, surgeries, and therapies. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. - Perform ENT surgeries including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and tympanoplasties. - Assist in more complex procedures under the supervision of attending ENT surgeons. - Supervise and educate junior residents, interns, and medical students in ENT clinical practice. - Participate in teaching rounds, case discussions, and educational workshops. - Contribute to the development of educational materials and programs.
