About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Radiodiagnosis, you will play a crucial role in interpreting diagnostic imaging studies and providing essential radiological reports to aid in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine scans. - Provide accurate and timely radiological reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. - Consult with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings and recommend further diagnostic or therapeutic interventions. - Perform interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and vascular interventions. - Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures, and monitor for complications. - Supervise and educate junior residents, medical students, and interns in radiodiagnosis. - Participate in teaching rounds, case discussions, and academic lectures. - Contribute to the development of educational programs and learning materials.
