About the Role: As a Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in performing complex surgical procedures that significantly impact the lives of children with heart conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform complex pediatric cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including congenital heart defect repairs and heart transplantations. - Conduct pre-operative consultations and evaluate patients' medical histories. - Lead surgical teams and collaborate with pediatric cardiologists and other specialists. - Utilize advanced surgical techniques to achieve optimal outcomes. - Participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences. - Monitor post-operative patients in the ICU and general wards. - Educate medical students and residents in surgical techniques. - Contribute to clinical research and academic activities.
