About the Role: As a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, including fractures, dislocations, sports injuries, arthritis, and congenital deformities. - Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, such as joint replacements, fracture fixations, and arthroscopic procedures. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options. - Provide expert consultations for inpatients and outpatients with complex orthopaedic and trauma conditions. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, and recovery plans. - Collaborate with other specialists, primary care physicians, and rehabilitation teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
