Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Cardiac Surgeon at Sardar Patel Hospital and Heart Institute, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and diagnosing patients with heart and thoracic conditions, performing complex surgical procedures, and managing patient care to ensure safety and recovery.
How You'll Contribute: - Evaluate and diagnose patients with heart and thoracic conditions. - Perform complex surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), heart valve repair/replacement, heart transplants, and minimally invasive surgeries. - Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure patient safety and recovery. - Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to plan and execute treatment strategies. - Explain treatment options, risks, and benefits to patients and their families. - Provide compassionate and empathetic care, addressing patient concerns. - Ensure adherence to medical ethics and patient confidentiality. - Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including robotic and minimally invasive methods. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiac surgery. - Handle emergency cases such as heart trauma and acute heart failure.
