About the Role: As a Ward Resident Doctor, you will play a crucial role in patient care and clinical assessment, ensuring the highest standards of medical practice.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform daily rounds to assess patients' clinical progress and review medical conditions. - Record patients’ medical histories, perform physical examinations, and monitor test results. - Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the attending physician. - Manage and monitor patients’ vital signs and identify any signs of clinical deterioration. - Provide immediate care for any emergencies in the ward, such as cardiac arrest or sudden deterioration. - Perform basic life-support and advanced cardiac life-support procedures when required. - Stabilize patients before transferring them to the ICU or other specialized departments.
