About the Role: As an ICU Duty Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing round-the-clock care to critically ill patients, ensuring they receive optimal medical treatment and monitoring.
What You'll Be Doing: - Manage, assess, and treat patients with life-threatening conditions, including trauma, cardiac emergencies, and respiratory distress. - Monitor vital signs, lab results, and other patient data to make informed decisions regarding patient care. - Respond promptly to any changes in a patient's condition, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safe and accurate dosages. - Perform emergency procedures such as intubations and central line insertions. - Oversee mechanical ventilation, dialysis, and other advanced treatments for critically ill patients.
