Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Intensivist, you will provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring their safety and well-being.
How You'll Contribute: - Monitor and manage acute conditions such as sepsis, organ failure, respiratory distress, and trauma. - Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures like intubation, central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, and dialysis. - Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the ICU and other hospital areas. - Lead resuscitation efforts during cardiac arrests or other life-threatening situations. - Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation and advanced life-support systems. - Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, cardiologists, and other specialists for coordinated patient care. - Participate in daily ICU rounds to discuss and review patient conditions and treatment plans. - Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers to implement care protocols.
