Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Intensivist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the care of critically ill patients in the ICU.
How You'll Contribute: - Oversee and manage the care of critically ill patients admitted to the ICU. - Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of life-threatening conditions. - Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including life-support measures. - Perform critical procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion. - Continuously monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and clinical progress. - Respond to emergencies, including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, or sepsis. - Administer and adjust medications, fluids, and nutritional support as required. - Manage mechanical ventilation, dialysis, and other life-support systems.
