Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions requiring surgical intervention. - Perform surgical procedures, including minor and major surgeries, related to various organ systems. - Assess patients' medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests. - Develop pre-operative and post-operative care plans to ensure optimal patient recovery. - Provide guidance and counseling to patients regarding surgical risks, procedures, and recovery processes. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute treatment plans. - Monitor patients' recovery post-surgery, managing complications or side effects as needed. - Ensure patient safety during surgeries by maintaining sterile environments and adhering to surgical protocols. - Document medical procedures, patient conditions, and outcomes in detailed medical records. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in surgical techniques, technology, and patient care.
