About the Role: As a Jr. Consultant-Cardiologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing patients with cardiovascular symptoms, contributing to their ongoing care and treatment plans.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess and manage patients presenting with cardiovascular symptoms, including chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, and fatigue. - Take detailed patient histories, perform physical examinations, and evaluate cardiovascular symptoms. - Provide ongoing care and management for patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias. - Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and implement treatment plans for patients. - Assist in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, including Electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiograms, stress tests, and Holter monitoring. - Analyze the results of laboratory investigations, including lipid profiles, cardiac biomarkers, and other relevant tests. - Review diagnostic reports and discuss findings with senior consultants to adjust treatment protocols.
