About the Role: As an Associate Consultant - Cardiologist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and managing patients with cardiovascular conditions, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate and assess patients presenting with cardiovascular symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, and arrhythmias. - Conduct thorough cardiovascular examinations, including physical assessments, diagnostic tests (ECG, echocardiogram, etc.), and imaging studies. - Diagnose a wide range of heart-related conditions, such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular diseases. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medical management, lifestyle changes, and interventional procedures as needed. - Provide comprehensive follow-up care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions. - Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and Holter monitoring. - Assist in the performance of invasive procedures such as coronary angiography, angioplasty, and stent placement under the supervision of senior consultants. - Interpret laboratory results, including lipid profiles, biomarkers, and other relevant cardiovascular tests.
