About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide round-the-clock care for critically ill patients in the ICU. - Monitor and manage patients on ventilators, life support systems, and advanced monitoring devices. - Administer emergency interventions such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation. - Supervise and manage post-operative patients requiring intensive care. - Respond to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, sepsis, respiratory failure, and multi-organ dysfunction. - Stabilize patients and coordinate with other specialists for advanced care. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
