About the Role: As a Junior Resident in the Wards, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality inpatient care under the supervision of senior doctors.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide inpatient care under the supervision of senior doctors. - Monitor and record vital signs and clinical progress of patients. - Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and medical procedures. - Perform ward rounds and update case sheets regularly. - Coordinate with nursing staff and allied health professionals. - Respond promptly to patient emergencies in the ward. - Ensure timely execution of doctors’ orders and treatment plans. - Maintain clear and accurate medical documentation. - Communicate with patients and families regarding care. - Follow hospital protocols and support continuous patient care.
