About the Role: As a Physician Assistant at Medway Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians in examining and treating patients across various departments.
What You'll Be Doing: - Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and document clinical findings. - Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work, X-rays, and ECGs. - Assist in developing and implementing patient management plans. - Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare. - Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly. - Assist in minor procedures and provide post-procedure care. - Coordinate with nurses, lab staff, and other departments for patient care. - Support during emergencies and critical care situations as required.
