About the Role: As an Associate Consultant in Gastroenterology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating disorders of the digestive system, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat disorders of the digestive system, including liver, pancreas, and intestines. - Perform diagnostic procedures like endoscopy, colonoscopy, and liver biopsies. - Develop individualized treatment plans for chronic and acute gastrointestinal conditions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. - Interpret laboratory and imaging results related to gastroenterology. - Educate patients on diet, lifestyle, and medication adherence. - Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
