About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients, enhancing their health outcomes through your expertise.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions under senior supervision. - Conduct detailed patient examinations and develop treatment plans. - Participate actively in ward rounds, emergency care, and critical care management. - Supervise and guide junior residents and medical students during clinical duties. - Maintain accurate and updated medical records and documentation. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management. - Participate in academic activities, case presentations, and departmental meetings. - Assist in clinical research and contribute to medical publications.
