Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Sr. Resident in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate evaluation and management of patients in critical conditions.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide immediate evaluation and management of patients presenting to the Emergency Department. - Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and initiate life-saving interventions. - Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central lines, and trauma care. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient triage and referrals. - Supervise and guide junior residents and interns in emergency protocols. - Maintain accurate documentation of clinical assessments and interventions. - Participate in daily clinical rounds, academic discussions, and case reviews. - Manage medical emergencies across specialties including cardiac, neurological, and surgical cases. - Contribute to departmental audits, quality assurance, and disaster preparedness drills.
