About the Role: As a Cardiac Anesthetist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing cardiac surgeries and procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries and invasive cardiac procedures. - Evaluate patients’ medical history and assess anesthesia risks specific to cardiac conditions. - Monitor and manage vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery to ensure patient safety. - Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams for seamless perioperative care. - Manage postoperative pain and complications related to anesthesia in cardiac patients. - Maintain detailed records of anesthesia administration and patient responses. - Ensure compliance with anesthesia protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures. - Provide anesthesia care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. - Participate in preoperative planning and postoperative patient monitoring.
