About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive clinical care to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive clinical care to pediatric patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. - Assist in diagnosing and managing acute and chronic childhood illnesses. - Conduct detailed patient examinations and prepare treatment plans under supervision. - Participate actively in pediatric ward rounds and emergency care. - Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students during clinical duties. - Maintain accurate and timely medical records for all patients. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient management. - Participate in departmental academic activities, case discussions, and seminars. - Assist in pediatric research projects and contribute to publications.
