About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU. - Monitor and manage ventilators, life-support systems, and vital parameters. - Perform clinical procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and arterial cannulation. - Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for patient management. - Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations. - Maintain accurate documentation and daily progress notes. - Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff. - Ensure adherence to infection control and ICU protocols. - Participate in clinical audits, academic activities, and CMEs.
