About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesiology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgeries and medical procedures. - Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage anesthesia during operative and perioperative periods. - Assist in pre-anesthetic assessments and post-anesthesia care. - Provide pain management services including epidural, spinal, and nerve block techniques. - Respond to intraoperative and postoperative complications promptly. - Supervise and train junior residents and medical students. - Maintain accurate anesthesia records and ensure equipment readiness. - Participate in ICU rounds and support critical care management. - Engage in academic activities including seminars, case presentations, and journal clubs.
