Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Nephrologist at Naam Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing kidney-related disorders, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage kidney-related disorders including CKD, AKI, nephrotic syndrome, and hypertension. - Monitor and treat patients undergoing dialysis (hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis). - Perform kidney biopsies and interpret relevant diagnostic tests (e.g., blood, urine, imaging). - Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor renal function progression. - Manage electrolyte imbalances and complications of renal failure. - Collaborate with transplant teams for evaluation and follow-up of renal transplant patients. - Educate patients on renal disease prevention, diet, and medication compliance. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.
