Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Pathology, you will play a crucial role in educating future medical professionals and contributing to clinical diagnostics.
How You'll Contribute: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in the subject of Pathology. - Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, tutorials, and histopathology slide discussions. - Assist in handling clinical diagnostic work including histopathology, cytology, hematology, and clinical pathology. - Participate in academic activities such as journal clubs, seminars, CME, and departmental meetings. - Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and case presentations. - Contribute to departmental research, publications, and conference participation. - Ensure proper documentation, report preparation, and maintenance of lab records. - Collaborate with faculty to improve teaching methodologies and diagnostic services. - Uphold medical ethics, academic discipline, and institutional policies.
