Your Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive ophthalmology OPDs and patient evaluations.
- Perform independent cataract surgeries according to experience and competency.
- Assist with and/or perform premium IOL procedures.
- Manage patients within the respective subspecialty.
- Participate in investigations, treatment planning, and postoperative follow-up.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, patient counselling, and documentation.
