About the Role: As a Pediatric Tutor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of pediatric medicine by educating undergraduate and postgraduate students.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach pediatrics through lectures, case discussions, and clinical demonstrations.
- Explain key concepts in child health, growth and development, neonatal care, immunization, and pediatric diseases.
- Conduct bedside teaching in pediatric wards, NICU, and outpatient clinics.
- Guide students in clinical case presentations, research projects, and evidence-based practices.
- Prepare teaching materials, case studies, and assessment tools for evaluation.
- Supervise practical training sessions to develop students' skills in pediatric history taking and management.
- Stay updated with advancements in pediatric medicine and child healthcare guidelines.
- Provide academic mentorship to students struggling with pediatric concepts.
- Participate in curriculum planning and interdisciplinary teaching initiatives.
- Engage in faculty development programs and student assessment activities.
