About the Role: As a Dermatology Tutor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical professionals by imparting knowledge in dermatology.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach dermatology to undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, case discussions, and clinical demonstrations.
- Explain key concepts in skin diseases, hair and nail disorders, dermatopathology, and cosmetic dermatology.
- Conduct bedside teaching in dermatology outpatient clinics and inpatient wards.
- Guide students in clinical case presentations, research projects, and evidence-based dermatology practices.
- Prepare teaching materials, case studies, and assessment tools for student evaluation.
- Supervise practical training sessions, ensuring students develop skills in dermatological examination, diagnosis, and treatment procedures.
- Stay updated with advancements in dermatology, including new treatments, laser therapy, and cosmetic procedures.
- Provide academic mentorship and support to students struggling with dermatological concepts.
- Participate in curriculum planning, syllabus updates, and interdisciplinary teaching initiatives.
- Engage in faculty development programs, departmental meetings, and student assessment activities.
