About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in Pathology, you will play a crucial role in educating future medical professionals and contributing to vital research in the field.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, practical demonstrations, and case discussions.
- Conduct laboratory sessions on histopathology, cytopathology, hematology, and clinical pathology.
- Perform microscopic analysis of tissue samples, blood smears, and cytological specimens for diagnosis.
- Support research activities, including histological studies, molecular pathology, and disease-specific investigations.
- Participate in autopsy procedures and forensic pathology case studies.
- Assist in student assessments, viva voce, and practical examinations.
- Develop teaching materials, slide presentations, and question banks for academic purposes.
- Stay updated with advancements in immunohistochemistry, molecular diagnostics, and digital pathology.
- Engage in interdepartmental academic discussions, journal clubs, and seminars.
