About the Role: As a CTVS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating diseases affecting the heart and lungs, performing complex surgical procedures, and managing post-operative care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat diseases affecting the heart, lungs, esophagus, and major blood vessels.
- Perform complex surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, and aortic aneurysm repairs.
- Conduct minimally invasive and robotic-assisted cardiac and thoracic surgeries when applicable.
- Manage post-operative care, including monitoring cardiac function, wound healing, and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as echocardiography, CT angiography, and MRI for precise diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Treat congenital heart defects, arrhythmias, and vascular disorders requiring surgical intervention.
- Stay updated on advancements in cardiothoracic surgery, transplantation, and surgical innovations.
