About the Role: As a specialist in Dental & Maxillofacial Surgery, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the face, jaw, mouth, and teeth, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the face, jaw, mouth, and teeth, including trauma, congenital defects, and oral cancers.
- Perform surgical procedures such as jaw reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, cleft lip and palate repair, and dental implant placement.
- Manage maxillofacial trauma cases, including fractures of the jaw, cheekbones, and orbital bones.
- Treat temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, facial asymmetry, and complex dental deformities.
- Conduct preoperative and postoperative evaluations, ensuring proper healing and functional restoration.
- Collaborate with orthodontists, prosthodontists, ENT specialists, and neurosurgeons for comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as CT scans, MRI, and 3D modeling for accurate diagnosis and surgical planning.
- Stay updated on advancements in craniofacial surgery, dental implantology, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Educate patients on post-surgical care, rehabilitation, and oral health maintenance.
