About the Role: As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with protocols.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct care to patients with complex medical conditions, including critical care and post-operative care.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress to adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver personalized, effective treatment plans.
- Mentor and train junior nurses, providing guidance on best practices and clinical skills development.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Assist in managing departmental operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and patient flow.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout the treatment process.
- Participate in the evaluation and improvement of nursing procedures and patient care programs.
