About the Role: As a Staff Nurse at KIMS Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the highest standards of health management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Assist doctors in the examination, treatment, and management of patients.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms, vital signs, and treatment responses.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication, and self-care.
- Ensure patient safety by following proper infection control and safety procedures.
- Administer injections, IV fluids, and other prescribed treatments under the supervision of a doctor.
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for patient care.
- Assist in patient admission and discharge processes, including preparing patients for discharge.
