About the Role: As a Staff Nurse at KIMS Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the medical team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments, and performing nursing procedures.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions by taking vital signs, observing symptoms, and documenting changes.
- Assist doctors and medical staff during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV therapy to patients.
- Provide wound care, dressings, and help with post-operative care.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments, medications, and patient progress.
