About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in Pathology, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience of students while contributing to vital laboratory services.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in conducting undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in pathology. - Perform and report histopathology, cytology, hematology, and clinical pathology tests. - Participate in grossing, slide preparation, and microscopic examination of specimens. - Supervise students during practical sessions and provide academic guidance. - Engage in intra-departmental discussions, journal clubs, and case presentations. - Support faculty in research, audits, and quality control activities. - Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation of laboratory results. - Maintain lab equipment, safety, and hygiene protocols.
