About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive clinical care to pediatric patients, ensuring their health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care to pediatric patients in OPD, wards, and emergency settings. - Assist in diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of neonatal and pediatric conditions. - Perform routine pediatric procedures and support immunization programs. - Participate in daily ward rounds and update patient progress notes. - Supervise and guide interns and junior trainees in pediatric care. - Attend deliveries and manage neonatal resuscitation in collaboration with NICU teams. - Contribute to academic activities, case discussions, and departmental meetings. - Maintain proper documentation, patient records, and discharge summaries.
