Your Core Responsibilities: - Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. - Conduct theory classes, clinical demonstrations, and case discussions. - Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and academic presentations. - Provide clinical services in psychiatry OPD, IPD, and emergency settings. - Perform psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy, and pharmacological treatments. - Supervise residents, interns, and junior faculty as per role. - Develop and update psychiatry curriculum in line with NMC norms. - Conduct and publish original research in mental health and psychiatry. - Participate in departmental academic meetings, CMEs, and outreach programs.
