About the Role: As a Sr. Resident/Jr. Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing surgical patients across various settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in diagnosing and managing surgical patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings. - Support and perform minor and major surgical procedures under supervision. - Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient counseling. - Maintain detailed case records, progress notes, and discharge summaries. - Conduct ward rounds and coordinate with nursing and allied health staff. - Guide and supervise interns and undergraduate students during clinical postings. - Participate in academic sessions, surgical audits, and mortality meetings. - Assist in emergency and trauma surgeries on a rotation basis.
