About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to our young patients and contributing to their health outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. - Perform medical procedures and surgeries as required. - Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and care planning meetings. - Ensure timely documentation of patient care in medical records. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Provide guidance and feedback on clinical performance and professional development. - Participate in the organization and delivery of educational activities, including lectures, workshops, and seminars. - Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment. - Engage in clinical research projects and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge. - Assist in the preparation of research proposals, data collection, and analysis. - Present research findings at conferences and contribute to publications.
