Your Core Responsibilities: - Teach, train, and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. - Conduct academic sessions, clinical demonstrations, and practical training. - Guide student research projects, dissertations, and thesis work. - Deliver lectures, seminars, and case discussions in the assigned specialty. - Provide patient care services in hospital departments/clinics as per specialty. - Conduct and participate in clinical research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals. - Ensure compliance with NMC/MCI guidelines for medical education and training. - Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic planning. - Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit processes in academics.
