Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in CTVs Surgery, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients requiring cardiothoracic and vascular surgical interventions.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage patients requiring cardiothoracic and vascular surgical interventions. - Perform surgeries including coronary artery bypass, valve replacements, and thoracic procedures. - Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients. - Collaborate with anaesthesiologists, intensivists, and other specialists during surgeries. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Participate in outpatient clinics, case discussions, and patient counseling. - Maintain detailed surgical records, operative notes, and patient documentation. - Engage in teaching, training, and mentorship of junior doctors and residents. - Contribute to research, clinical trials, and departmental publications.
