About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality anesthesia services for surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide anaesthesia services for elective and emergency surgical procedures under consultant supervision. - Monitor patients before, during, and after anaesthesia administration. - Manage airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic stability in critical situations. - Assist in ICU, pain management, and perioperative care. - Perform procedures like intubation, spinal/epidural blocks, and vascular access. - Participate in emergency resuscitation and code blue situations. - Maintain accurate patient records, anaesthesia notes, and drug usage logs. - Contribute to academic teaching, seminars, and departmental training programs. - Ensure strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols. - Support research activities and continuous clinical skill development in anaesthesia.
